Shot this workout clip in mid-June with Amy DeGiovine who will make her national figure debut at NPC USAs. IFBB Pro Diana Stanback was back home visiting and they made for a good workout pair. There is one nekid shot of Amy at the end of the clip taken one week out.:)

She is telling her friends (me included) that her body reacted in ways it never had before and that she will be back.

First time for her to appear at a national show west of the Mason Dixon line. Gotta show the judges who you are and play things out. Not everyone can do like Candice Keene and compete at your first show the 2008 NPC All South & win the overall in November then a few weeks later turn pro at Nationals. Erin Stern took even a bit more than that, but they are the exception to the rule that it can take many, many appearances coast to coast to reel in the figure pro card.
