Just wanted to drop in and do the typical introduction thing.

Long story short, a friend (also a member on here) got me in to bodybuilding because I was tired of being the "small" guy. Though i'm still small, I'm changing it slowly but surely. Started lifting sept 08, and starting at the low end of 140lbs (being 6'1). Progress pictures here are of me sitting around ~170lbs. Time between the photo's was about 8 months. No leg pictures then, just imagine 2 small tree limbs. rofl. Obviously a glaring area that needed/needs to be taken care of. Oh, and since its usually asked because of my 50lbs gained in under 2 years, i'm natty.

Don't mind this picture, was just trying to find the most pathetic picture of myself possible. Rofl.

Set a goal that I would like to do a show this time next year. Just purely for the experience, since I love the sport. Current weight I wake up at is ~190's. Looking to get to 220+ (lofty goal) and cut down. Joined the site because it seems like a more productive forum to be on. I'm fairly knowledgable in all area's, but I'm always hungry to learn more. I've yet to take any more progress pictures (not far off from my 170's, same bf% probably, just fuller looking in all areas including legs) but hopefully that will change shortly.

Oh, and forgot to add. On a 4 day split, Yates H.I.T regimen. Finished 9 weeks of 5/3/1 program and decided to try something completey knew to bring up my lagging body parts. Which are all of them. lol. Focusing on my quads/hams, and calves of course. (being an ectomorph sucks)

Really, if it wasn't for my friend, I prob wouldn't be sitting where I am at now weight wise. Kind of nice to have one of my best friends, as my "long distance" trainer, at the same time. lol.
