Keeping an online training journal was recommended to help keep me focused on my goal of competing next year. Just finished my third full week back in the gym since my craniectomy/aneurysm surgery in May and it feels great to be back! Very fortunate that my neurosurgeon recommended getting back to the gym as part of my rehab. My main focus the first three weeks was whole body workouts and balance. I will be starting my split routine next week and can’t wait to “muscle up”. Struggling with nutrition since surgery and now on a clean diet that should help level out my insulin levels. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
In the next 90 days my goal is to lose 30lbs and 10% body fat, it’s not only achievable but attainable, ain’t nothing to it but to do it!!
