As she prepare's for this weekend's Europa Supershow as part of her longer journey to the Olympia stage, IFBB Figure Pro Mindi Smith shares the rigors of her final weeks of prep.
"It has been a couple of weeks since my last “Road to the Olympia” journal and quite a bit has happened along with a lot of hard pain-felt work. I am about 7 weeks out from the Olympia and just short of a week left until my next competition, the Europa Super Show in Dallas, and I feel on top of my game! FINALLY!"
