1. Do I take these amounts on top of the actual diet listed below?
-Omega-3 Fish Oil pills 1000mg 3x per day
-Evening Primrose Oil (Omega-6) 1300mg 2x per day
Macadamia Nut oil (Omega-9 monosaturates) 2-3 tablespoons per day
2. Mac Nut oil is listed for meal 4. Do I still take 2-3 additional tablespoons per day?

What are these and what do they do?
Good legal Test/anti-aromatase:
6-oxo or Gaspari Novedex XT

3. What is the best way to mix in the fish oil, primrose oil, and mac oil?
4. Can I double up on the oils in one meal? or spread them through all 6?
5. What about using Xtend Bbcaa's?
6. What about using Glutamine?


Diet: (for 250lb man)
Meal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggs
Meal 2 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almonds
Meal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutter (PWO)
Meal 4 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia oil
Meal 5 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PB
Meal 6 6 whole eggs

Well being a woman I can't speak for the amount of foods in your meal plan.

I do take in Mac Nut oil, 1 TBSPN in the two shakes I have on by protein/fat days - so 2 tbsp total...i hate peanut butter so I use the oil... on the other meals its 1 oz of almonds for me.

I don't care for eggs, but will eat them sometimes, so I sub out another shake or chicken meal.

IN addition I take the fish oil, evening primrose, along with multi, I supplement with taurine, potassium, magnesium and calcuim to help with calf and foot cramping issues.

6-oxo by ergopharm or Novadex XT are test boosters that also block DHT and Estrogen. It assists you with keep your muscle gains while dieting down. Species Nutrition also has a great AI called Testolyze. These can be ran throughout your whole cutting cycle. Just don't stay on them longer than 5-6 months at a time.

the 200 lb man diet doesn't have the extra mac nut oil, so I have no idea what you do. Maybe mix in your shakes.

Just a quick note, 6-OXO and the Novadex XT don't block DHT. Only Dave's Testolyze does that.

just top your food with the oil
spread out the oils
Xtend is great but on this cutting plan it has excess calories that u don't need
and i don't think dave is big on glutamine or BCAA guy but i could be mistaken
