anyone do or like this stuff?
back lifts, bent presses, circus dumbbells, indian clubs
apple coring, tearing, bending, neck lifts
was perusing 2 books i have with old time stuff in it.
seeing how fortissimus has back lifts and the arnold has the circus dumbbell.
wondering if this stuff is making a comeback?

It'd definitely be cool to see some of those old time lifts we can only read about be attempted or accomplished today. I bet Poundstone could do it.

I know Louie is a promoter of indian clubs and he sells them. I'm looking into them for my shoulder rehab.

was wondering if they were useful for anything.
a small head sledgehammer would be good too.

Gotta love the Louie!
The Iron Shiek (remember him) uses Indian clubs all the time. I dig the old time stuff. Justa pushes it a lot in his writing and I would like to see it make a comeback if it were legit (you know, no razor blade between the fingers when blowing up a hot water bottle, etc.).

I don't do any of those but I appreciate what people can do with certain things like that. It is very impressive when I see a guy folding up a frying pan that is nuts!
