I'm making some right now and they're real simple.

Whole wheat bread- good large sized pieces of bread
93% lean ground beef
fat free american cheese

Use a small jar peanut butter lid to cut out your ground beef into slider sized burgers. Sprinkle with chili powder and greek seasoning and cook on a foreman grill for lower fat.

Put fat-free cheese between two slices of bread and use the peanut butter jar lid to cut out little bun/cheese/bun combos. You should get 3-4 tiny slider set ups out of each 2 piece of bread/1 piece of cheese.

It's that simple. You can cook quite a few at a time and freeze what you don't eat. The good thing about sliders is that they taste great microwaved- the melted cheese, doughy bread. That's what makes them delicious- well, that and a lot more surface area per patty proportionally vs larger burgers.

Each slider will be aprox. 10 grams of carbs, 10 grams of protein and minimal fat. You should get about 9-10 sliders out of a pound of ground lean beef.
