Anyone not take advantage of this low fat high protein food.
How do you cook it? whats your favorite cut?
I like the fillet steaks. I like my beef steaks medium but find the roo is better rare/medium rare.

I eat alot of it when im not dieting for a comp. I just grill it and tastes awsome...some people don't like the gamey taste though...
every now and then i dont mind having the marinated steaks/fillets. but a very underrated protein source...plus it aussie and our lil secret :):)
if i want a treat, i like the kangaroo sausages. :)

I can't wait to try it again. Had it once here but it was in some fancy restaurant so it was "Kangaroo medalions braised and served with a cranberry peppercorn sauce...."

I've only been eating the bangas for 4 days and they are awesome. Only $7.50/kg as opposed to $18.60/kg for the steaks. Very similar composition.
So far I think they are great. :D
