My Critique question is:
Do I look "SPILLED OVER" in this pic taken the day after The Jason Arntz Muscle Beach?
I ate like a pig "BAD CARBS" & fats after the show Sat night & throughout the day on Sun...

You look out of condition... and you conveniently cropped your picture to take out your lower back where it would show the most.

Post up a picture where we can actually see something and give you a fair evaluation.

There was no premeditation, the pic was taken by my girl whilst she was on the john & it was her idea to take it...As for out of condition, I took the Overall....I posted the pic to challenge peoples knowledge.
