yeah and Kenyatta and I were talking at states this year and we both talked about how Quincy has always seemed ahead of the curve....he had bikini and figure-like categories in his shows before they were even a category!

I live in Clayton, but my office is in the Morrisville/RTP area, so I spend most of my time out that way.

gymdiva. I live in greensboro where the show is held and Quincy is who I use for my diet and posing coach. I started in his gym back in 2005 when I first picked up a dumbell. I will also be doing the show this year in the heavy weight mens open. I have done his show once before when I first started lifting in the novice class and had a great time at the show. Quincy always goes big with his shows. Good luck to you there and hope to meet you in person.

well, I had to drop this year due to some health problems....that and I was not satisfied with how I was coming in....I felt too skinny :( how weird does that sound? hahahaha....but I will be in attendance! most definitely look for me and introduce yourself! :)
