I have to admit, Dave is definitely someone that I'm a huge fan, with being so busy doing the two, soon to be 3 radio shows a week on top of his Species supp line, he still has time to answer all our questions. Thanks Dave!
And here's my most recent queston I posed to him and his answer, which is regarding to Shoulder problems:
How can we avoid having the shoulder difficulties that you currently have from the years of training? Is it avoidable? I want to be able to train until my 70's or so!
DP: Train smart and careful. Always warm up thoroughly and take care to exercise and stretch your rotator cuffs, even if you don't have a problem. I also think you should avoid heavy (less than 6 reps) bench presses.
