basically my story is, past year i let myself go to complete and utter shit, went through a lot of deaths and change.. blah blah.. excuses..excuses... i am 24 now and have been lifting since i was 16, i basically did nothing productive from when i was 22-23 years old and gained 100 lbs.. i went from 190/210 and 12-18% body fat to 304lbs and 50% body fat. I have been back lifting consistently for the past 7 months, however my diet has been horrible, i never had to diet before, and am having a hard time getting used to it, i know now why everyone gets so grumpy dieting! hahaha. anyways this is my journey back...
btw i am 5'11"

this is not really my first day.. i just did one hour on the eliptical around 3.5mph, i was trying to keep my heart rate under 135.
I start lifting again on monday. My food intake for the day was..
calories: 1,835
carbs: 114.7 g
protein: 162.4 g

start weight: 304lbs 50%BF
current weight: 299lbs 48% BF

alright so today, i woke up 2 hours early for work to go to the gym... drinking my "jack3d".. i get to the gym and it was fucking closed for labor day... fuck i was pissed.. so no workout for today..
calories: 1904
carbs: 64.7g
protein: 125.2g

weight: 297lbs 47% BF

today i did chest before class, felt extremely weak and tired, and was running late for class..

bench: 135lbs X 10 reps / 225lbs X 3 sets of 6 / 185lbs X 7 reps
standing cable crossovers: 35lbs on each side X 4 sets of 10
dumbell flat bench: 50lb dumbells X 3 sets of 10
flat bench flys: 40lb dumbells X 3 sets of 10

how do you determine BF%? not questioning at all, just curious what you are using.

the scale, one of those that give you wieght, BF and hydration, I know its probably not super accurate, but figure its giving me a general idea of where im at..
