their's no problem, if you can find the video of dave explaining this to pj braun quite a while ago. pj was in pre-contest mode on zero carbs and was told this was ok to use.:D

I am pretty sure glycerol doesn't take you out of ketosis. I think Crealyze works better on a Keto diet than regular creatine. I don't feel like straight creatine works at all on a keto diet because it doesn't have carbs to help it spike insulin and get into the muscle. I do feel something after taking Crealyze that feels like a insulin spike.
