I've been training a long time snd I'm ready to attempt competing.
I'm 5'8". 255 @ about 8% bf (maybe less)
I need someone good, I'd like to get qualified for Nationals and maybe hit it the coming year.

Who do you guys suggest me using and how do I contact them?

Thank in advance

My suggestion would be Ken "Skip" Hill. He has a question and answer thread here and is approved to advertise his services. His contact info is listed there. He's a great guy and will teach you a lot about your entire process.

There are a ton of guys out there... Skip has had some great success with his clients and is, from what I hear, a good guy.

There is also Dave (the owner of this site), Scooby (a Forum Leader on this site), my coach Pete Ciccone (619Muscle.com), PJ Braun (a species elite athlete) - all of these guys are good coaches!

I'm sure you will have a lot to look at and plenty to choose from! :)

Pj Braun bro. He's attentive and he gets back to you quicker than most everyone with your questions. And on top of that he's probably the cheapest you will find anywhere.

He is very individualized and I have made phenomenal progress since I began working with him

Take a look at Dave Candy 2007 Nationals for an idea on the conditioning his athletes come in

lots of great trainers here, WOW, what a hard decision.

Ive decided to go with TeamSkip.
He seems like a very likable guy and Ive heard nothing but good things about him and his work with all level of athlete. Im sure the rest of these guys are good too, but I could only go with one. Im looking forward to this.

Thanks again for the references

I will likely never compete, but am planning to have ^ this guy help me anyways. I don't know what that tells you. LOL
