View Full Version : Conrad's approach with Need2Slin

I decided to create a new account and start with a great beginning on AM. I am trying out the Need2Slin during my PCT. As we all know, fat gains are prone to happen while on PCT. The product will be put to the test.
My PCT began three weeks ago so I will run another 5 weeks with Need2Slin. Then I will get into another gaining phase.
I will run a log of my workouts, various meals and keeping you all updated with pics and thoughts. Pics will be uploaded every two weeks.

My diet is controlled by Shelby Starnes. Training will vary on how my body is responding at the time.

I am pleased wiht the overal workout. However, my training will be changing a bit. I will be performing to major compound movements at the beginning of my workouts. I will never max out 100%. The heaviest I will go will be 3-5 rep maxx range. All over movements will be 3-4 sets or 6-15 reps.


Nothing like blood on the shins :lift:

I am enjoying getting back into the heavier weights. I believe after a while you body become adapted to a certain training style then things need to be changed. I will ease myself in the training for a PL meet in December.

Had a great workout. Went to the locker room and too how I was shaping up. My weight has not changed too much but I will weigh in tomorrow for my weekly weigh in. I am getting leaner and harder.
