Each guest has a vast knowledge on proteins and fats. I think having each guest on in a 2-3 part series would offer the listeners a greater understanding of the manipulation of these macronutrients.

This would only lead to a BIGGER and leaner Muscle Head :D

I like all of the suggestions already mentioned. I would say the best thing is to have constant rotation of guests. Each week I would like to hear half the show with John and Dave and the other half with a new guest. I always found that on the "old radio show" we would hear Dr. Connolly on too frquently, and Pelechia (even though he is funny), he was on too much. I think more variety would be better.

And also not too much focus on upcoming BB competitions. Maybe just discuss it a little one week prior to the comp and then the week after to recap the show and everyone's placing. But too much focus on it (unless its a big show like the Arnold or Olympia) That's just my .02

- Trained with the Mentzers
- Sergio and Arnold
- Is the main HIT advocate anywhere.

I'd like to see roundtable discussions, I remember reading one that Dave and John and several others (I can't remember the other guys haha) were in in one of the older issues of MD, and I really enjoyed the opinions of the experts.

Maybe we could have roundtable style HMR shows, with a theme like AAS, nutrition, contest prep, etc. I think we would all benefit and be highly interested in (theoretically speaking) having Hany Rambod, Chad Nicholls, and some other contest prep guys talk about their methods and their opinions on the subject.
