BTW, she doubled 315lbs on squats this week and benched 225lbs the next day on Chest day....while consuming 900 cals/day cutting for the show. Can ya tell I'm proud?????

I'm very proud of my wife too she started working out (actually bb workouts) in January of this year and when she went to the Master Nationals she saw the women there competing and was completely blown away. My wife wants to have a body like the figure competitors (her choice) and she's becoming pretty darn close now.

Being able to lift those weights at 900 cals 3 weeks out is amazing-I'm mean friggin mind boggling. She's carrying a hell of a lot of size. My guess is that she not only won but she dominated.

She bulked to 160 by January this year. That 315 squat was a personal best but she regularly squatted 275 for 6 in her leg workouts leading up to that PR. She benched 225 for 3 the week before her PR in squat. She normally doesn't go for max lifts in training, but increases her normal repping weight every 4 weeks. I predict a 365 squat by January 2011.

No more this year. I'll have a couple of clients in the Muscle Mayhem, so we'll see you there. Laurel is definitely doing the Nationals and may do the USA next year. For me, it depends on whether or not I can bring the wheels up to par.
