There are so many but the one that stands out to me is Eugene,the mentally retarded wrestler. I thought that was taking things a little too far. The Billy and Chuck romance wasn't the best idea in the world either.

The guy who was "Phantasmo" or Orgasmo or whatever the hell his name was is actually a Memphis wrestler who usually goes by the name the Spellbinder and after his SHORT stint in the WWF, he was promptly sent back to Memphis wrestling.

I think another bad gimmick that never came to fruition was one that Vince had for Droz and that was calling him "Puke!" since Droz could supposedly throw up on cue. It is actually in that movie about wrestling "Above the Ring" or whatever it was. I thought that was horrible.
