Summer time in Arizona at least a gallon and a half, winter when it's only 70 degrees one gallon will do.

4 ml is all you need. Any more is just plain greedy.

Hydrate first, that is way too much water for a weight lifter to be ingesting in a workout.

3-4 gallons. 1/2 is usually Crystal Light.

I drink about 32 oz before in the 30-45 min before my workout, 40 oz during, 32-40 oz on the 30-45-min post workout.

Just drink water a few times a day when you are thirsty. Don't worry about hitting a certain amount, not worth over thinking it.

I read somewhere that drinking at least about half a litre of water during a workout. Do you think there is a maximum? I only weigh about 170 pounds.

It all depends, like everything in this sport. For me , abround 255lbs, half gallon is just right for 60-80 min w/o. :goodluck:

EVery human is about 1/2 gallon dehydrated upon waking. One if fully hydrated when urine is clear. More water is needed now days due to environmental carcinogens, influx of bio-engineered foods everywhere, ect....drink more with caution is best policy,

1-1.5 per day normally. if you drink too much you end up pissing out all of those vitamins you paid good money for. More is not always better.
