Out of date Oxavar

Just had a dig through an old drawer and found a tub of Gaspari Oxavar. Its best by date was June 07 and a similar tub of pure Creatine. Are they still worth taking?? Thanks for any advice.

The oxavar should actually be fine, maybe lost a little potency if that. The creatine, I would throw it out.
