These pics are first from 14 wks, then 8 wks out. I'm now 5 weeks out and still getting tighter. I know my legs need some more size but they have come up, work for the off season.

Thismorning, I have only 3 weeks to go. I have been workin my ass off, and realize where my weaker areas are.

Abs, back detail.

So this is a critique section right? Cuz so far you havent really said one thing to do with critiquing. I know I may not like what you have to say, but that is why I posted them, to be critiqued.

Your posing has improved and you are leaning out nicely. Your weakness are lat width and legs. For example your side chest pose looks good , but if you hard a better drop in your hamstrings it would look really good. I would like to see a rear double bicep pose, to check your back thickness, now that u are lean. Good luck with your show.

Thankyou Jude, I know my legs are a little light, especially the thickness throughout the hammies, and upper quad. I have brought them up a long way, and plan to take a solid year after this to bring up the weaker areas. My back, well I believe its my own fault, as it was one of my biggest strengths before, so I tried to balance things out this year.

It was suggested to me to take pics in another area as the lighting is throwing things off abit, so I will do again this weekend.

You will be on course with added back width, thickness and legs.

Good ham glute tie in. Looks like you will come in pretty ripped. As has been said leg size is a must. No one else mentioned it but I think you could use more bicep size as well.

Thanks all for the feedback. Gives me things to really work on for the next off season. 1.5 weeks out now, tighter everyday. Really trying to bring that back in more. Seems to be working. I dont think legs can ever be big enough, and they have always been a hard part for me, not making excuses, it just adds more fuel for me to bring them up.
