Gonna be starting the growth stack by EST here in a few days. Will be taking the Methyl Mass, Suppressor, Test Drive, and EnnerCell. Ill post my exact stats when my product gets here and I begin the stack! Stay tuned

I know the new propadrol ep is DAA, i do not know if the propadrol in Methly Mass is the new DAA formula or the first propadrol ai. I will let you know when its here for sure though

Diet right now is as follows:
7AM: 40g milk/whey protein shake
30g of oatmeal

10AM: 5humapro pills
1oz almonds
1 piece of wheat bread

1230PM: 6-8oz chicken
1 sweet potato

230PM: 5 Humapro
1 serving Chaind Out

430 PM: 6oz chicken

600PM: 5 HumaPro

700PM-WORKOUT

845-900PM 10Humapro
1 serving chaind out

945PM: 8oz of chicken or steak, usually steak
1/2 cup of rice

1145PM 30g Casein Protein

This is what ive been following for the past few weeks and have acutally been leaning up some. Im going to be changing it for when i start this stack so that i bulk more. Im going to post my new diet when i have it done.

I was taking it literally as i got into bed. after my 945 meal i do paperwork/homework/and anything else i have to take care of until around 1130, then i would take my casein shake as i would get into bed

Nice time managament... I wish I could focus well at this time of night. I definately lose motivation for homework or school work of any kind after 9-10.

Awesome, glad you got your supps quick man. Excited to see this log get going.

How are you thinking of taking everything/dosings?

I'd recommened the Ennercell intraworkout- I usually start sipping on it 15-20min into my lift, it definately helps me get through the grueling workouts and gives me energy/endurance.

Just took the first two test drive for today, working out in about 4 hrs. Will prolly be about a week for test drive to be noticed. Will post my thoughts on the Plasmatic and Ennercell this evening! Suppressor Chewies are great!!! Kill your hunger and taste pretty good as well!

Flat barbell bench: 405x2 last set
Decline barbell: 405x3
Incline Barbell: 315x6 last set

Flat DB flyes: 95s x 6 last set
Cable Crossovers x 50x8 drop set on last set
Pec Dec drop set

So didnt workout yesterday as i needed a recovery day, P.E.P.C.C. was killing me lol. To anyone who wants to grow they need that workout and the EST Stack! Took my first two test drive this AM and will be Hitting back tonight! Will post thoughts after the workout!

So far today ive been lower carb and humapro and chicken breast, still feeling strong and full though. Suppressor chews helping out as the Papa Johns down the strip is smelling good lol

lol.... Ennercell is good sh1t! Test Drive too, I started mine a few days ago and am loving it already and the gf is too. I will start my log soon, hoping to get my other supps in so i can add Somadrol and Maybe Plasmatic EP into the Testdrive log as well.

Tore shoulders up last night, had good energy and endurance throughout the workout and the pump was insane.

Highlights:
Barbell Military Press: 265x8
BB Shruggs: 495x6
Side Rasies(DB): 75's x7-assisted, hold at top, the slow negative
Hammer Shoulder Presses: 120x15 each arm, explosive reps
DB Rear Delts 45s x 10reps
BB Front Raises: 95x10
Rear Pec Dec Delts Drop set: 220x6 d 180x7d 140x8d 115x10
Barbell Curls up to 95lbs x 20 reps for compliment

All around was a good workout, had added aggression during workout, im guessing from the Test Drive:yep:. Will be training legs tonight and will report back!

Thanks bro! Im still tweeking a lil here and there for different people depending on the workout, but for the base, its a killer program. I have about 10 people on it right now and they all love it too.

I always did this on leg day while running Plasmatic(caps) as well.

So chest tonight, PEPCC style, @ Carolina Fitness in Monroe NC. Going to be a good chest workout. Also going to train some calves as they have a old school standing calve raise.

Just put down the Test Drive, had suppressor this morning. Plasmatic time tonight!

I swear within 3 days on Test Drive my libido went sky rocket and that was coming right off another test booster and which it didnt raise at all.

yea, its part of my training program, at the end of the workout, you hit a complimentary muscle group for 4 sets. I always do controlled lat pull down on chest day. on back day i do Flyes as the complient, Leg day i do shruggs, Shoulder day i do calves, arm day i vary. Doing this will cause whatever muscle group your using as the compliment to have an extreme pump very quickly. My personal favorite is to have a killer shoulder workout then blast out three sets of heavy leg extensions supersetted with leg curls, it will be intense to say the least:yep:

So hit arms saturday AM and had a massive pump, not going to bother posting all the weights for this bc it was early and strength was down. However it was a killer workout reguardless.

Took Sunday off from gym to sleep all day.

Last night was leg night. Had a great workout and a great leg pump thanks to the plasmatic. Strength was up to although i lifted lighter for a better pump last night.

Squats- up to 315x8 ass to ankles
Leg Press 18plates x 15- rest pause at bottom
Vertical Hack Squat: 20plates x 6 reps
1 Leg Curls 100lbx 10rep
1 leg Extensions 90lb x 12 reps
Seated Calve Raise
Calve Extensions

Overall was a great workout and i am definitely feeling it today

So hit arms saturday AM and had a massive pump, not going to bother posting all the weights for this bc it was early and strength was down. However it was a killer workout reguardless.

Took Sunday off from gym to sleep all day.

Last night was leg night. Had a great workout and a great leg pump thanks to the plasmatic. Strength was up to although i lifted lighter for a better pump last night.

Squats- up to 315x8 ass to ankles
Leg Press 18plates x 15- rest pause at bottom
Vertical Hack Squat: 20plates x 6 reps
1 Leg Curls 100lbx 10rep
1 leg Extensions 90lb x 12 reps
Seated Calve Raise
Calve Extensions

Overall was a great workout and i am definitely feeling it today

Like Ed Nunn said you aint gonna see me going ass to ground. im 6'2 jst aint gonna happen. But my squats are pretty damn deep though, just being 6-2 its a certain point you need to stop any lower just kills the knees.

Shoulders were last night:

Ennercell = better endurance at towards the end of the workout
Test Drive = noticed a strength increase from shoulders last week!!

Highlights:
Military on Smith- 275lbs x 4 last set
Shruggs - 495x8 last set
DB Side Raise- 60's x 14 last set ( Seated Side Raises)
Standing Military Press: 135x 15 last set
Upright Rows: 135x 10 for 3 sets
DB Rear Delt Flyes: 60sx 5 last set drop to 30's for 12 more
Cable 1 arm front raises: 30lbs x 12 reps for three sets
Rev Pec Dec for rears- 160x 10 last set
Triceps:
Seated Push downs(like Dips)-270lbs x 20 reps last set
Overhand Cable Pushdowns - 160lbsx 16 reps last set
Underhand Pushdowns - 85lbs x 12 reps last set

End of workout...was a good one for sure

yea, its part of my training program, at the end of the workout, you hit a complimentary muscle group for 4 sets. I always do controlled lat pull down on chest day. on back day i do Flyes as the complient, Leg day i do shruggs, Shoulder day i do calves, arm day i vary. Doing this will cause whatever muscle group your using as the compliment to have an extreme pump very quickly. My personal favorite is to have a killer shoulder workout then blast out three sets of heavy leg extensions supersetted with leg curls, it will be intense to say the least:yep:

I threw in 4 sets of standing calves raises at the end and honestly thought they were going to explode. I'm glad you mentioned this in your log and I'm reading everything I can find about it and am curious to see how my body responds to it.

u mentioned training everything twice, try this then(that is since u loved the compliment at then end:yep:)

On back and chest day, train chest completely, then at the end, do three heavy back movements and one light movement for reps. use 3-4 sets each. and u will be amazed. then on the second back and chest day, train back completely then use three heavy chest and one light chest movement. do this the same way with shoulder/arm days and hammy/quad day. you should love it!

Thanks for the input boss. I trained legs today and then did tri's at the end and it was awesome. Tomorrow is upper body so I'm gonna train back completely and then hit chest like you mentioned.

I think I'm really gonna like this setup. I've been training everything twice a week and doing different routines on those days to hit things a little differently.

Ive been doing it about 6 weeks and still get sore, each time though ill switch something like an exercise or may switch the order a lil bit to keep the body guessing

Supressor: Great for in between meal munchies, especially on lower carb days

Plasmatic: Killer pumps, great energy, one of the best tasting pre-workouts ive had

Ennercell: Great endurance and lasting pumps, keeps energy levels steady through out workout

Test-Drive: Starting to notice strength increase now, better recovery, libido boost.

Overall happieness with stack: Very Happy:yep:, have put on some lean size so far, weight staying same but bf down about 2%. Will be getting another plasmatic here shortly as the pumps are killer and it tastes awesome!

Trained arms saturday afternoon and the pump was intense, had new veins popping out i havent seen in a while. And it was a lower carb day for me. Plasmatic with the Glycocarn is da bomb!

New Workout Split starting today. Still PEPCC Training but i will be training as follows

Mon-Shoulders/Arms/Abs/Calves/Traps
Tues-Legs
Wed-Chest/Back/Abs/Calves
Thurs-Off
Fri-Shoulders/Arms/Abs/Calves/Traps
Sat-Legs
Sun-Chest/Back/Abs/Calves

This is my favorite split, thanks to king Arnold lol. But now i am gonna try it while applying the pepcc plan i designed! Will def be needing the Ennercell to make it through the longer workouts now!
