OVERALL RATING: 5/5
Incorporating barbell incline presses from here on out on upper power days. Had to, I maxed out on my gym's dumbbells and want to get the most stimulation on my chest. Numbers should improve in the coming weeks as I get used to the movement (path of the bar) again. I'm pretty happy overall with my session tonight.

It's more like a contest prep style. I'm doing Layne Norton's Power/Hypertrophy training with my own twist on the workout routine which is adding FST-7's. I've seen lots of contest preppers achieve great success doing this so I am giving it a try.

I'm doing 2 body transformation challenges at another site so why I'm cutting at the moment.

Every contest prep I'm seen doing this routine. So I say why not. Also I know someone who recently became a natty pro using the similar routine :D Good things lead to this training so I'm all about it now. FST-7 is a must though, I've made nice gains from it.

yes and no lol. i was dieting for a show which i decided to hold off on, it was supposed to be this saturday. Now i am going to do a show at the end of April 2011 so i am going to try keep my bf down in the winter, for me i pack on bf easily on off season so im only going to be running high carb for about 3-4 weeks. Im going to do a bench contest in about a month, then start dieting for april at the end of december. I actually created my own workout program for Mass/Leaness/and strength that i started implementing last week. ive got a long on here about it.

I rly like it man. Similar to Gatorade's Lemon Lime flavor IMO, but you can tell it actually has substance to it- with the waxy maize, solid amount of L-leucine, and some protein too. Definately helps me get through the grueling workouts.

* 10 Mins. warm-up on the Arc Trainer
* All lifts include 2-3 warm-up sets.

CHEST, ARMS and ABS HYPER DAY
DB Incline Press: 45X10, 45X10 (warm-up sets) 100X10, 100X10, 100X10 -- Started off with 3 working sets of 100's all clean reps.
DB Flyes (Incline): 55X10, 55X10, 55X10 -- Did these on the incline bench. Just like giving someone a big ol' bear hug.
CGBP: 135X10, 135X10, 135X10 -- Went light on these tonight. Triceps already have a good pump with the first two exercises.
EZ Bar Preacher Curls: 95X10, 95X10 -- Clean reps and supersetted with standing French Press.
French Press: 75X10, 75X10, 75X10 -- I like the pump on the tri's from these. A nice 1-2 punch in my opinion for the arms.
Hammer Curls: 50X10, 50X10, 50X10, 50X10, 70X8 -- Went for the 70's on the last set but could only crank 8 clean reps. Also supersetted with Cable Pressdowns.
Cable Pressdowns: 100X10, 100X10, 100X10, 100X10, 100X10 -- Light weights but getting the pump so I said I'll stick to it for now.
Parallel Bar Dips: BWX10, BWX10, BWX10 -- Did bodyweights on these good compound exercise to hit both the triceps and chest region.
Cable Crossovers FST-7: 60X15X7 sets -- You know the deal, 7 sets, 30 secs. rest between sets. Also did the stretch/flex alternating between sets.

DONE.

ABS
Cable Weighted Ab Crunch: 140X25X4 sets -- did these on the cable station
V Crunch: BWX25X4 sets -- I like them for the lower abs

CARDIO

Great training tonight. Moved back up on the DB inclines for the hundo's. So that's a good ,thing. I was surprise by that since I did heavy incline barbells 3 days ago. Also my recovery in between sets were crazy quick. Must be the Ennercell working :D Not just plugging this but it does help with my training. My average rest tonight between sets were 30-45 secs. I'm gunning for heavier CGBP next week.

* All lifts include 2-3 warm-up sets.

SHOULDERS, BACK AND TRAPS HYPER DAY
Pullups: BWX10, BWX8, BWX8, BWX6 -- Did 4 sets here. Nice stretch on the lats.

DB Shoulder Press: 50X10, 70X10(warm-up sets), 80X10, 90X8, 90X8 -- Went back up and hit the 90's this week. I'll stay at this weight this week and do all 3 working sets at 90's.

Plate Side Lateral Raises: 25X10, 25X10, 25X10-- Slightly lean forward to isolate the side delts, also did these supersetted with Front BB Raise.

BB Front Raises: 60X10, 60X10, 60X10 -- Nice burn on the front delts, at this point my delts are on fire.

BB Upright Rows: 95X10, 115X10, 115X10 -- Killed these. And supersetted them with facepulls.

Cable Facepulls: 100X10, 160X10, 160X10 -- Started with 100 but went on beast mode and just pulled the whole stack.

Wide Grip Cable Pulldowns: 120X10,120X10, 120X10 -- At this point I'm pretty worn out but mind over matter, SUPERSETTED these with T-Bar Rows.

T-Bar Rows: 3PPSX10, 4PPSX10, 4PPSX10 -- Doing this almost last and superset with WG Pulldowns will make you hurt. PPS = # of 45 plates.

Close Grip Cable Pulldowns FST-7: 130X10X7 sets -- Went for the kill and successfully done so. You know the drill, I don't leave anything behind 30 secs. rest between sets.

All my training was done practically with 30-45 secs. rest between sets.

Trained FASTED again tonight. I was running out of time and also run out of natty pb for my afternoon proatmeal. So I said the heck with it. Had my lunch at 11:30, just 1 cup of broccoli and 8 oz. lean pork, not a whole lot of carbs at all. So that means, I'm extra ill in the gym when I got there. A hungry man is an angry man I tell ya. Yeah bro, increase in libido for one. And I noticed that my recovery seems getting quicker. Also an acne or two on my face.

Right now 1 lb. a week bro. But it's slooowww.

Nice, those are the sides you want from a test booster and it tells you it is actually working.

Have you got to try Methyl Mass yet? I'm tryin to decide if I should go for MM or Plasmatic EP. Thoughts?

Also, how many days do you hit the gym a week?

Good workout Audie.

How you liking the Ennercell and how do you feel recovery is going on it?

Ill be logging that/ test drive/ and somadrol whenever products get in. Hoping recovery is through the roof cause Im working everybody part twice a week. And 2 full workouts a day. First one is around 330 and 2nd one 715. Going good so far though.

Dude I swear my libido went up after like 3 days on Test Drive.
Funny thing is I started this the day after I logged Athletixx Titanium and I ddint have the slightest increase in libido.

Man, Ennercell is the business! Recovery was quick since I'm taking it as intra only. It's intra/post workout but I find this very useful to sip through my entire training. Training fasted or not, it helps me recover quicker and keep the intensity up.
I can't wait for your log to start, I will be adding Somadrol in this stack too once I get it in. Excited to get some sleep aid in, I love having those vivid dreams and feel refresh upon waking. That means more intense gym sessions. I am the same with you, I train everybody part twice a week now with added cardio sessions. Can be brutal to the body so I will use all the help I can from this stack.

LOWER POWER DAY
Back Squats: 135X10, 225X10 (warm-up sets), 275X5, 295X5, 315X5, 315X5 -- Starting to get strong on these, I feel like I can move up. But will stay at these weight for the next couple of weeks.
Deadlifts: 135X10, 225X10 (warm-up sets) 405X5, 455X1, 475X1 -- Second set I tied my PR, last set I broke my damn PR! I'm pretty happy with this considering I'm on a cut at 2300 cals. :D
Standing Calf Raises: 300X15, 300X15, 300X15, 300X15, 300X15 -- Hit the calves 3 different angles here, toes foward, in and out. Pause at the top for sec or two.

Back to back week of PR's what's going on up in this joint? I'm pretty stoked tonight with the PR on the deadlift after going heavy (for me) on the back squats. I look forward for more improvement in the coming weeks.

Thanks buddy, Layne's training is hard, but my twist on it makes it more brutal :D In his routine, it ask for SLDL's I much rather do heavy conventional DL's that day since I find more benefit from it from overall body workout standpoint.

* 10 Mins. warm-up on the Arc Trainer

CHEST, ARMS and ABS HYPER DAY

DB Incline Press: 50X10, 50X10 (warm-up sets) 110X10, 110X8, 110X8 -- Started off with 3 working sets of 110's all clean reps. Pretty happy with this considering I hit the heavy bb incline press just 3 days ago.
CGBP: 135X10(warm-up set), 185X10, 185X10, 185X10 -- Triceps already have a good pump with the first two exercises.
Machine Flyes: 130X10, 150X10, 150X10, 150X10, 150X10 -- Love this isolation movement. Great overall pump on the chest and nice bringing them in together.
Cable Crossover FST-7: 60X15X7 sets -- You know the deal, 7 sets, 30 secs. rest between sets. Also did the stretch/flex alternating between sets.
Alt. DB Curls -- Incline: 40X10, 40X10, 40X10, 40X10 -- Did these 30 degree incline on the bench, also supersetted with Seated French Press.
French Press -- Seated: 70X10, 70X10, 70X10, 70X10 -- I like the pump on the tri's from these. A nice 1-2 punch in my opinion for the arms.
Hammer Curls: 50X10, 50X10, 50X10, 50X10 -- Use the 50's on these and all clean reps. Also supersetted with Cable Pressdowns.
Cable Pressdowns: 120X10, 120X10, 120X10, 120X10 -- Tri's were burning for this finisher.
DONE.

ABS
Cable Weighted Ab Crunch: 160X25X4 sets -- did these on the cable station using the short straight bar. 160 = whole stack
Seated Leg lifts: BWX25X4 sets -- I like them for the lower abs. Position myself at the edge of a bench, bring my legs up to my chest and slowly bring them back to starting position. Legs must stay hanging in the air and abs kept contracted the whole time. *Optional: You may keep your arms stretched out to make this exercise harder and make your abs do all the work.

Great training session tonight. Happy to see I can do 110's on the incline all 3 sets even though I already torch my chest 3 days ago. I love it even more that I can keep my intensity up with my low cal. diet and moderate carbs. I have to dig deep to finish my session with 20 mins. of cardio. I feel pretty spent after the weight session but I will not skip the cardio session ever.

* 10 Mins. warm-up on the Arc Trainer
* All lifts include 2-3 warm-up sets.

SHOULDERS, BACK AND TRAPS HYPER DAY
Pullups: BWX10, BWX8, BWX8 -- Great start here for the lat stretch.

DB Shoulder Press: 50X10, 50X10(warm-up sets), 70X10, 70X10, 70X10 -- Shoulders were sore from Thursday's Chest hyper day so had to train with 70's today.

Plate Side Lateral Raises: 25X10, 25X10, 25X10, 25X10-- Slightly lean forward to isolate the side delts, also did these supersetted with Behind the back one arm cable side raises.

BTB one arm cable side raises: 30X10, 30X10, 30X10, 30X10 -- Great isolation exercise here to target the side delts for greater pump. Did 4 sets.

BB Upright Rows: 115X10, 115X10, 115X10 -- Killed these. And supersetted them with facepulls.

Cable Facepulls FST-7: 140X10X sets -- Did 3 sets supersetted with BB Upright rows the rest were 30 secs. rest between sets.

Wide Grip Cable Pulldowns: 120X10,120X10, 120X10, 120X10 -- At this point I'm pretty worn out but mind over matter, SUPERSETTED these with T-Bar Rows.

T-Bar Rows: 3PPSX10, 3PPSX10, 3PPSX10, 3PPSX10 -- Doing this almost last and superset with WG Pulldowns will makes it hurt. PPS = # of 45 plates.

Cybex Lat Pulldowns FST-7: 110X15X7sets -- I like this iso machines for an FST-7 exercise because you can really go slow with these even it's assisted. At this point I just want to completely burn out my lats.

All my training was done practically with 30-45 secs. rest between sets.

UPPER POWER DAY
Barbell Incline Press: 135X10, 185X10 (warm-up sets), 225X6, 245X5, 265X5, 285X5 -- Boom, PR city in this biatch! Heaviest I've ever hit these. Had a spotter of course but I didn't make him do any work.
Smith Shoulder Press (Seated): 1PPX10, 1PP+25 lbs. plateX10 (warm-up set) 2PPSX5, 2PPSX5, 1PP+35 lb. plate X5 -- Same as the last time here. Still solid work. PPS = # of 45 lb. plates on each side
Bent Over Barbell Rows: 135X10, 225X10 (warm-up sets) 315X5, 335X5, 345X5 -- Another PR session here. I was feeling good tonight. I felt like I could go forever but decided to stick to the plan.
Barbell Shrugs: 405X10, 425X10, 425X10 -- INCREASE the last 2 working sets up 20 lbs.

ABS
Cable Weighted Abs: 160X25X4 sets -- 160 = the whole stack, I use a straight bar here, hold it just above my head. Kneeling down of course and crunch all the way down to the floor. Keep the abs contracted the whole time. Hits the abs like no other.
V-Crunch: BodyweightX25X4 sets -- they still burnnn for me

2 PR sessions tonight after a deload week. Paid off in a big way. I really think I could do 315 on the incline for 3-4 reps but decided to not overdo and stick to the plan. Before all this, all I had is 1300 cals in. That's it, basically running on WILL POWER. Also my spotter told me, I was beasting the weights making it look easy and it felt easy.
I'm loving Ennercell, it's as advertise. It helps me recover right away and get back on killing some weights.

I cannot wait to get on recomp/clean bulk diet, I will annihilate some more heavy ass weights.

SLDL: 135X10, 225X8, 225X8, 225X8, 225X8, 225X8 -- Switched to SLDL's tonight to hit the hammies.
Leg Press: 5PPSX10, 5PPSX10, 5PPSX10, 5PPSX10 -- Did these with legs close together to hit the quads more. PPS = # of 45 lb. plates on each side
Smith Standing Calf Raises: 4PPSX12, 4PPSX12, 4PPSX12, 4PPSX12, 4PPSX12-- Did these standing on a 2-3 inch platform, half portion of my feet are the only thing in-contact with the platform. Great burn for the calves. Wanted to add more weights but no more room on the bar.
