Thanks man. Just tryin to get as big as I can. I should note my triceps are probably my strongest bodypart so I tend to put up some good weight for all tricep exercises as do shoulders and back.

Was on Dave's diet for about 4 months and lost alot of weight. Been back bulking for 3 months and getting stronger every week. Looking to smash some serious weight these next 3 months and beyond into 2011. In full HULK mode. Trainin back tomorrow.

Dude it's a compliment, meaning obviously the skin is still tight with the excess fat.

If your skin was sagging, that would be considered sloppy weight and very hard to diet off.

In 16 weeks u could be uber ripped.
