got my stack of Ennercell island punch, Test Drive,Plasmatic grape ice and Suppressor chewies fudge brownie. unfortunately the ups man came while i was at school and i had work right after so i just opened the box like 15 mins ago. tmrw i will start the stack when i do shoulders and traps and log after.

ok so i started the stack this morning i took 2 test drive with breakfast which was 5 omega 3 boiled eggs and 2 organic whole wheat waffles with 1/3 cup of almonds. i also took a suppressor with it. i jsut completed shoulders/ traps

Smith machine shoulder press- 12x bar( warm up) 12x 15( on each side im not sure what the bar weighs. 10x 25 8x 35
Dumbbell lateral raises 15x10 12x15 10x20 8x 25
dumbell bent over raises 12x15 10x20 8x20
barbell upright rows 20x bar(warm up) 15x65 12x95 10x105
barbell shrugs 15x135 15x185 12x 225 10x 265 8x315
finished off with some rotator cuff strecthes.

i took the plasmatic about 30 mins before i hit the gym along with 2 more test drive. it tasted suprisingly good and did not have any bitter after taste. the pumps from this were incredible and i would say based off this one use that it is among the best pump enhancing pre workouts i have tried. i didnt notice any out of the ordinary energy or focus compared to other pres but i still got the urge the kill the weights. i used the ennercell after my sets off smith presses. i tated very fruity to me and i liked the taste. i noticed much more level stamina throughout the workout. this is only the second intra workout i have used other than volumaize and this ennercell is much easier on my stomach and smoother tastin too.
im very excited to see what kinda gains i can make using this stack. tmrw is leg day so im stoked to slay the weights.

heres my base diet as well
meal 1- 5-6 boiled omega 3 eggs with 2-3 organic wheat waffles and normally around 1/3 cup of almonds and two cups of greek yogurt..( sometimes i have 3 pieces of ezekiel bread instead of the waffles)
meal 2- 8 oz of organic chicken with 1 cup of brown rice
meal 3( pre workout drink) two scoops of humapro with 50g of carbo gain(malodextrin)
meal 4(post) same as 3
meal 5-2 cans of tuna mixed in with 1 to 1 1/2 cups of brown rice and around 1/2 cup almonds
meal 6- 8oz of salmon with 2 baked potatos.
meal 7( before bed) 3 cups of greek yogurt mixed with a cup of cottage cheese.

yesterday was an off day to catch up on school work and rest. i took 2 test drive with 1 suppresor chewy with breakfast. and than 2 more test drive at night with my last meal. i have legs today after class ill post my workout tonight.

Man Plasmatic seems excellent from everyone. I still havent tried it yet. Plasmatic with new formulated Methyl Mass is a big win!

heres yesterdays leg workout
leg extensions- 12x25 12x50 12x75
squats- 12x135 10x185 8x225 8x275 6x315- pump set of 135 for about 20 reps
hack squats 15x90 12x110 10x 130
i normally do hams with back so thats all i did for quads. plus some calves and abs
calves- 3 sets of 50x50 seated calf raises superseted with smith machine raises with 45 on each side.
abs- i did a circuit style of sets of regular crunches, russian twists and hanging leg raises. i did this for 4 circuits about 20 reps each time.

the plasmatic is becoming a fav of mine for the sick pumps and focus i get plus the taste is knarly too. and the enercell helps keep me from getting fatigued too quick especially with what was a brutal lift sess for me.

Great start to your log man and thanks for the great feedback on Plasmatic EP and Ennercell. I'm excited to see how you will like EST Test Drive. Has EST Suppressor gave you any noticable effects on hunger or food cravings?

Liking the detail so far, your diet seems very solid as well. I'm glad you are enjoying the pumps from Plasmatic EP, the GlycoCarn definately gives rowdy pumps brah, they will only get sicker from here out!

I forsure love the taste of Ennercell as well, it is refreshing and helps me get through those grueling workouts.

I'm not just saying this because I'm with EST but Plasmatic EP Grape Ice is my favorite pre workout. The taste is awesome. It doesn't have that extra tang to it. It's almost like kool-aid but with a pump!

Wednesday was chest.
barbell becnh- 95x15 135x15 165x12 205x10 225x8 followed by a drop set of 205 than 165 than 135 for as many reps as i could get.
incline dumbbell bench- 40x12 50x8 60x8 70x6
flat flyes- i did a ascending set style of 10 reps going up 10 pounds every time i started with 10 pounds and went up to 50. sick pump from this.
incline flyes- same thing only went up to 40 pounds as my chest was wrecked from this.
Yesterday- back
pullups- 15x bodyweight 15x bw 12x 10 pound weight hanging off a belt 10x25 pounds
deadlifts-135x10 225x8 275x6 315x6 335x6
tbar rows- 12x 25 pound plate 10x 45 10x90 8x115 6x135( i ust started this frequently about a month ago and i really like the pump i get and i try to get a good stretch from it to.)
cable rows- 20x 50 15x75 12x100 10x 125
finished with as many pull ups as i could with my bodyweight i think i got about 25 before i gave out.

this plasmatic is giving me killer pumps every time i hit the gym and i love the smooth taste. no stomach problems yet either. i think im finally starting to feel the test drive as i felt stronger yesterday and seemed to have much more stamina. that might be from the ennercell tho. thats really helping me keep a level pace during my workouts too.

i took the weekend off from the gym cuz sunday was my bday. so yesterday i did legs to kick it back off.
leg extensions- 15x35 12x50 12x75 10x80
front squats-12x95 10x 135 8x 185 6x225 - i dont do these very often so i guess thats why the weight was so low.
superset of leg press with more leg extensions- i honestly cant rememeber what weight i had for the leg press as i was more focused on the pump i did around 4 sets of this though.

plasmatic is gnarly on leg days as i get such a good pump i can hardly walk after i finished. and with the ennercell i feel the same from start to finish minus the painful pumps in my legs. i feel like the test drive is kicked in nicely. ill know better next week when i see what i can put up for squat compared to last week. im doing chest in a little and i will post it when i get back.

from yesterday, chest
flat db bench- 15x30 12x 40 12x50 10x60 10x70 8x80( burnout of 12 reps starting at 75 going down until about 45 before my chest gave out.
floor press- i haent ever done these but my brother wanted to give them a try i think i ony got up to 135 on it as it felt weird on my elbows but it was a diff move for chest so i may try again.
incline flyes- 10x 30 10x 50 6x60
finished with sets of push ups just as many times as i could till i couldnt. did that 3 times.

didnt lift today as i had to work on a project for school and worked late. tmrw i have back to do. stoked to see what i can do.

sorry i havent posted the past week. i had two major papers due for commnications and psychology. that took up all of my free time from the gym. but i have turned in both papers and i am getting back in the gym today. im anxious to get back as i hate missing gym time for school. i have been taking the test drive and suppressor everyday, but i sure do miss the plasmatic pumps!

sorry i havent posted the past week. i had two major papers due for commnications and psychology. that took up all of my free time from the gym. but i have turned in both papers and i am getting back in the gym today. im anxious to get back as i hate missing gym time for school. i have been taking the test drive and suppressor everyday, but i sure do miss the plasmatic pumps!

gotta get that school work done, some things have to come first bro.
