I bulked up a little to much over last spring/winter.. most likely to about 20-25% BF LOL
I have been dieting the past 3-3.5 months.. I am starting to see lines in my quads, and have decent vascularity in my calves/forearms
I am trying to compete in my first show next year.. I have been hearing mixed opinions.
To keep dieting until I am lean enough to have full abs.. or to start bulking.. especially since I want to add some more size to compete.. I am just curious on other peoples thoughts for a 2nd-3rd opinion :)
