I started my diet at 241. I took these pics after 12weeks of dieting on sept 27 morning. This is my 2nd time dieting. I have logged everything i have eaten this time and I did stray off my diet. I have learned alot about my body this time..

I am doing cardio 2x a day . 60mins Am/30min PM. no cardio on saturday.

I'm dreaming of competing one day. At 5'11 i need to be at the top of the LHW class.

for your height you need to add some more muscle..just keep at it!

10% is my guess. Really work on legs but you need mass overall. This is a marathon not a sprint so take your time and work all areas and work the ones you hate to work twice as hard. You will get there. Took me 9 years to win my first overall!
