View Full Version : My record on body shapping need some advice.

I am taking only D-bol and no shakes no nothing els , i eat 3 meals a day of wtv mc donalds to healthy food i try my best and lots of extra good fats trying to keep it with the flow .

I keep record of my first week till my third week let me know if you guys can give me some good advice if my progress i going well..

my opinion !:

First week i look like shit !
Second week not bad
Third week i think its getting better :yep:

I also just received WTF form ALRI this week and i am thinking of starting taking that Monday pre workout :D

I think you did make a good progress and you can see a diffrence what exactly are you trying to do bolk?

I think i could have done better only if i have eaten more meals. but right now i am trying my best .

Ya just eat right and eat alot of calories i recommened protien shakes and just keep lifting.

haha yes man but once or 2wice a week Mc Donalds, I have a fast metabolism i can eat wtv and not gain weight.. i hope people don't follow my routine lol ,,, but mostly i eat clean attest 3 clean meal's a day .

look at how i looked like the first week , without McDonald's i would have never made it too week 3 or 4. :p

That's because you're only eating 3 meals a day..

Yeah got to include some shakes in between ! maybe week 5 will be much better.
