Why you gonna cut weight?

simple reason to be healthier ima try to just cut fat
Haven't been ripped/cut since highschool and wanted to see if I had the discipline still. Also found out I was borderline diabetic too already lost the weight they suggested gonna go for a hard cut after this bulking cycle.

Had to work overtime today got off work at 3:30 gym closed at 4:00
Did 3 x 20 wide grip pushups
3 x 20 close grip pushups
Sqats lunges and step ups (bout two feet high) tabitta style

10-24-10
Sunday supposed to be a day of rest

I use it for play/cardio lol
Played ball and hung out with family today
Lots of volleyball bout4 hrs not a lot of hard breathin but knees and other joints come into play.
I think it matters as much as workin in the gym that you keep positive things in your life like family and fun so ima post some things on here like thoughts and stresses. And see how they reflect on my strength training.
Again any comments tips even criticism would be appreciated
Thanks

Well back a day late. Had an incident with my son so no leg workout yesterday.

Ok here goes

245 x 10. +5

Close grip
115 x 10
145 x 7
185 X 10. +5

Military press
95 x 10
135 x 7
165 x 10. +5

Shrugs

85 x 7
100 x 10. +5 @ 95

Side lateral/ kettle bells
25 x 10
30 x 7
40 x 10

Ok I thought I'd try something a lil different tonight so after I finished my normal set I did five more. Controlled slow reps I mean slow count to 3 up and down. It seems to have worked cause this is the most sore I've been since may when I started lifting again
I wanted to say thankyou to s2h for givin me this idea
I can't seem to break 100 on BB curls tried negatives tonight with 125 maybe that'll help gonna squat tomorrow and hit legs and back

Yea I agree, emphasizing the negative is a killer workout.
