I wanted to get some feedback on my physique for next year. I have received the judges critiques a couple times after a show and each time I am getting different feedback so I thought I would post my pics here to see what you guys think. I am currently making improvements and excited to make a come back to the national stage next year and hopefully win my IFBB Figure Pro card!

(I could only include 8 images so I took out the back pose from the IFBB NA's because it looks pretty much exactly like the Jr. USA's since they were only one week apart).

I appreciate you taking the time to give me some feedback (whether it be suit cut, color, hair, weight, which areas of the body I need work on, etc.) to make sure I am making the correct improvements.

the darker suit and hair down is much better for you. id like to see more ab detail, maybe that could come with dropping salt and water?

Thanks Tammy! :) I agree with you on the hair and suit color. This is a pic of my abs 3 weeks before the RCC:

When I get on stage they look flat, not sure why. Maybe it is the way I pose? I can blow my air out and squeeze my abs down, but then my shoulders tend to slump forward or I can lift my chest up and keep my shoulders back, but then I tend to flatten out the abs. I guess my posing is something I can always work on.

Also my lower abs in some of my shows were not as tight as it was at the Ronnie. Could this be from travel or possibly water/salt retention? :dunno:

could be. always give yourself an extra day if you fly..go on wed if you have a fri night pj. your abs are rockin in ^ that pic though! do you drop water and or take diuretics? you may have to play around with it..if they look good a week before...keep the same plan in through the show.

Yes, I usually start 10 days out wearing a sauna suit while I do cardio, the week prior I slowly drop my water intake each day and I usually take X-Pel or Taraxatone. I think because I dieted nine months straight and did 4 shows this year each time it seemed harder for me to peak and my body was holding onto the water until last minute. Even now this off season my body looks different than it did last off season and I seem to be holding more water and some fat in my lower abs section which is not usual for me. :confused: I think this time I need to have a good long off season, pick my next national show for 2011, prep like a mad woman and go for the TKO and hopefully win my pro card! ^ that seems extreame to me. most people i know,my self included dont start dropping water til thursday. the sauna suit imo is hurting you.

So how do you cut back so much water only a day or two before the show? Do you go from drinking a gallon or a gallon and a half of water a day, to nothing the thursday before the show? :dunno: Also, would you suggest the sauna suit at all before the show? Since I tend to hold water weight in the lower abs and lower back if I did not use the suit I am just afraid it would be even worse than the small amt of water I am holding in the pics above. Everyone does things differently so I am open to new suggestions to improve my physique for the day I step on stage. :) Thanks

this is what I do for sat show....water high through wed, 1/2 gal thursday...only sips friday w meals. 1 diazide friday night. i have cut sodium on thursday, but this last time i did not.

i usually always dry out my figure girls, unless they are looking too ripped then i keep water and salt in.
