Larry Morrison offseason

I'm larrys training partner, and here are some updated pictures from his offseason so far. He won the middleweight class at teen nationals this year with the help of Shelby Starnes, and now he is working with him in the offseason. Next for larry will be the NPC michigan in 2011, and we will see what happens after that.

Thank you for your thoughts tammy! Going in to this offseason the main goals were size everywhere :P, with extra emphasis on arms.. We will definitely tweek a thing or two to try to work on the lower lats more though.

His upper body has grown very impressively since the Teen Nationals! I'd like to see his adductors (inner thigh), glutes and hams thicken up. If he's not wearing CUSTOM ORTHOTICS, I recommend he gets them immediately!
