Hi everyone,
Just letting anyone in the Charlotte, NC area and surround areas that December 11th there will be bench press fundraiser at T and T Nutrition.

The event is called 225 To Keep Hope Alive. It is a bench press competition to see who can rep 225lbs the most. There is no entry fee, just a donation to be able to bench. 100% of the proceeds raised will be donated to the Fort Mill Care Center which focuses on helping struggling families and children with food, clothing, and activities.

Women who enter will be benching 135lb for reps.

The event is at T and T Nutrition located at,
11112 South Tryon Street, Suite H
Charlotte, NC 28273.

The event will start at 12PM on December 11th.

The event is being put on by myself and Emmett Ballard and I am in the process of trying to have some supplement companies here as well.

if I thought I could work my way back up to 135 for reps by then... I'd give it a go... will check out FB page though....

did a charity event in 2002 or maybe 03 called lift for kids... it was a blast!

22 is my best at this weight. Feel like if I worked on my technique I could get that up. Know plenty of guys work with guys like Dave Tate for their scouting combine, and just working on technique gives them an extra 5-10 reps.
