Melt 2 tbsp butter in a microwavable bowl, whisk in 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 egg and 2 tbsp flax meal. Microwave for 2 minutes and voila....instant bread.

its really nice and I can eat 2 of these when I have my cheat meal..

I'd give it a whirl but I sure as hell wouldn't call it a cheat meal. LOL If I'm cheating I want real bread. Warm crusty right out of the oven bread. :D

Try it with GOLDEN flax meal. The entire carb count is ALL fiber compared to the regular flax meal, and it tastes a lot better, too.

Lol oh no jest saying..I could eat more of this kind of thing, as in not worry so myth about over indulging..it's yumm.
