he posted this tonight on FB, sounds like he is trying to kill us, lol

Tom Mitchell (http://www.facebook.com/juspower) - I should have something buttoned down over the weekend. Currently considering a 3 or 4 keg carry & press, tire flip, possibly an arm over arm seated truck pull, atlas stone load and maybe a farmers/sled drag/duck walk medley. Would like to work a 2" axel deadlift for reps w/o straps in there as well...not sure where to put it.

wow, that all sounds brutal, duck walk??? not sure how that would work into an event but I am sure he will make it painful

Rob John and I will be training on SAT at Bryons also because this Sunday I have to work the FL Classic Football game. I know that Nicholle plans to do the Jan show. I'm still up in the air about it. I think that this show maybe more of a endurance test then a strength expo. Im not looking forward to pucking and weezing like a fat kid at camp.

MMM gotta find a small stone around here, to try and learn the technique for the stones. I plan on competing in Jan at the Clearwater show, and then again in Houston in feb. Had a great first show, stoked about doing another show. Not 100 % sure what a duck walk is, but will do my best. ;) I hit my PR axel for 110 at the houston show, and hope will be able to get up the 120 in 8weeks. ;)

Rob Nicholle and I plan to attend. Nicholle has been getting in some solid training for this show and I have not been training much kind feeling some past injuries lately and haven't been in the gym in like 7 day and plan to take 4 more off. I'm going to do this show as a training day since Ill already be over there cheering and coaching Nicholle on. Im not sure what class Ill be in.
