I was wondering if the effect on the skin is really considered as a bonus from HGH, or is it not as good as people describe it? For those purposes ofcourse.

most of GH's effect on the body mediated via IGF1. Skin cells keratinocyte have receptors for IGF1 and amount of IGF1 in circulation is critical for keratinocyte proliferation. From this point of view benefit of GH for skin hardly can debated, but to notice a difference you may need some one with very and bad damaged skin. Some one who take good care of his/her skin may even did not notice any changes. For better effect on skin you can try to use GH with rALA at the same time.
