liver cleanse??

ive never taken one.

in my opinion drinking loads of water and eating a variety of fruits and veggies every day along with fresh mixed berries several times per day is about as good as your going to get.

obviously avoiding liver toxic stuff is also a must.

The liver is more than capable of 'cleansing' itself. These do-it-yourself home 'cleansing' methods are just old wives tales.
