Thanks Steve. I am finishing up my farmers market business. I have been lifting heavy boxes for the past 2 months but neglecting my training. However, the past 2 weeks I recommitted myself to my goal of competing. My weight this morning was 287.9. I am going to try to hit the gym this monday. Thanks for posting
