This is for a hardgainer to help them get their mass-boosting on.

Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat (1%) milk
1 scoop weight-gain powder
1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
1 cup water (if needed)

Directions:
Put ingredients in a blender & blend well.

Nutritional Facts: Serves One
821 calories, 37 g + protein, 141 g carbs, 12 g fat.

Those macros cant be right.... what type of weight gain powder u use? Unless u mean 1 serving?

It's for one serving. Depending on what weight-gainer you use.
