Due to a pull in my lower back I've substituted good mornings for squatting the last 2-3 weeks. Two workouts per week ( 1 heavy 1 lighter) so a total of five workouts so far.
And have recovered quickly and my strength is increasing ~ 10Kg/22Lb pre workout.

I'm wondering what precentage/pounds difference of squat weight I should be aiming for ?

I've seen 400 and 500Lb for singles on youtube, I'm currently performed 112Kg/246Lb for 12, 122Kg/268Lb for 5 and 132Kg/290Lb for 2.

my squat max and good morning are the same weight.

but you should do what you are capable of doing. especially with a recent back injury.

Good to know, thanks Robert :)
That makes sense as the low back is usually what get's you out of the hole.

Yes I noticed it seems natural to bend at the knee, not like the exercise demos on the i-net.
