Diet: I know this is low carbs, my fat cells are hungry and when I add more carbs my bf % goes up quickly.
1- 50 gm protein w/40 gm complex carb + 1 tbsp macadamia nut oil
2- 50 gm protein w/40 gm complex carb + 1 tbsp macadamia nut oil
3- 5 whole omega 3 eggs
4- 7 oz can chicken breast w/ 1/3 cup almonds
5- 7 oz can chicken breast w/ 1/3 cup almonds
6- 7 oz 97% lean hamburger w/ 1/3 cup almonds
7- 5 whole omega 3 eggs

Cycle:
12 weeks 750 test e week
12 weeks 600 EQ week

Any suggestions are welcome thanks....

what are you using for PCT? May experience sore joints with that high of a dose of EQ.

Maybe cut the EQ back to 400 and add 250 Deca for the soar joints?

Switching to ketosis diet because I am putting on to much fat, will my gains be limited on this diet using this cycle?

Middle of second week and all is going well. I finally got brave enough to start injections in my shoulders rather than always in glute. My shoulder has actually been alot less soar when doing chest, so that has been a plus. Probably a placebo effect, but my bench was up 10 lbs. today, getting excited about the next couple of weeks.

I stopped posting due to the fact that there has not been much anything to post. My trainer switched me over to keto diet so that we can get me down to a leaner weight and all I can say is that the cycle is alot different looking than previous gains and so is the diet.
Cycle: It is hard to measure what I am gaining due to the fact that I am loosing weight.
Diet: Last year on the keto diet I was loosing weight alot faster than I am now with the cycle. I know that I should not be loosing as much on the lean mass, but the fat loss seems to be alot slower as well.
Strength and pumps are still really good.
Anybody else ever have this kind of an issue??

I'm going thru the same thing right now. This week is my 6th week on keto and my second week on cycle. Last time I ran keto I lost around 3 lbs a week. This time around I lost 5 lbs the first two weeks and 2 lbs a week before starting the cycle. Today will be my 4th pin in two weeks so it's still really early and my weight stalled when I started cycle. I'm very excited to see the changes as this is my first cycle in over 4 years and first ever on keto.

Good to know, I am used to either loosing 2-3 lbs a week on keto without cycle or gaining on cycle without keto, so doing both and being in a stand off had me tripping.:dunno:

ya i feel the same way. i emailed dave and he said to give it a few weeks as the test is about to kick in and i should start losing fat and putting on some muscle at the same time. it can't happen soon enough :)

3 weeks ago I switched over to a lean/bulk diet designed by s2h, heres the progress, I was stuck at 204 with 21% b.f. and now I am at 196 and 18% b.f. I am getting leaner and stronger, I will take measurements this week and keep those stats posted. Today is the last day of week 5. Have decided to run this cycle for 20 weeks to get the most out of it.
Week 1-6: 750 test-e and 600 eq
week 6-12: 1000 test-e and 600 eq (.5 arimidex eod)
week 12-16: 1250 test-e and 600 eq (.5 arimidex eod)
week 16-20: 1500 test-e and 600 eq (.5 arimidex ed)

Followed by Heavy Irons PCT protocol

thats alot of test for your second cycle. i noticed you didnt have any veggies in your original diet, after s2h altered it are you having them now? i notice when i dont get my veggies in, i have trouble taking a shit. good luck with your cycle. what are your goals for the cycle?

My goals are to get to 190 and have less than 10% b.f., last year I dieted down to 170 lbs and was about 9% I did a bulk diet this winter that got WAY out of hand and got up to 216 and 23% b.f. as for the veggies, yes I am now having green beans with 3 meals, I am not having troubles taking a shit but I do get heart burn 2 or 3x a week that hurts like hell.

Today was definately the day. First day of week 6 and the strength and intensity of training today was definately noticeable. I trained shoulder/biceps/triceps and was at least 10 lbs heavier on each arm on everything.

Really pleased with how things are turning out. I feel great, I am hungry for going to the gym and my strength is good. Today was back day and I was up anywhere from 30-100 lbs. depending on the exercise. I have increased the intensity, so on some of those lifts I only got 5-6 reps rather than my usual 8, but they were killer none the less. The test-e starts paying off during week 6 for me, my first cycle was only 8 weeks, so I had just started reaping the rewards when I went off :( I am looking forward to running this one for a full 20 weeks.

I am adding on weight to all my lifts this week, if I cant get 5 or more reps then I take 5 lbs off, keep pushing myself to go heavier and it is working well. I am sore everywhere which is a change. I rarely get sore biceps and back and they are both sore as fuck, so I am pleased as can be half way through week 7. Chest tomorrow!!!

Week 6 I had explosive gains like I mentioned and the last 2 weeks I have been at that same weight on all lifts, I keep wanting to go up more like I did in week 6. My diet is back up to 3,000 clean colories as i want to get the most gains as possible, gained 5 lbs. and .4% b.f. in the past 2 weeks, I am guessing mostly water, I am pretty hard on myself, so it is hard for me to notice size gains without thiniking that I am fat. Everybody else says that I look good, so WTF?

Week 10 and still having good pumps and strength gains, I changed up my workout to 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6. Been getting good pumps and soar as well. I am currently 204 and 18%

Glad I started this diary, 5 weeks ago I was 196 at 18% and now I am 212 at 18%, and stronger than ever.

No, I changed diet up a bit, basically a 60/40/20 ratio 6 meals a day, I was afraid of getting fat, thats why I was doing the lean/bulk from s2h, I wanted to get good gains while my test levels are in the 5,000's. I am gonna run this bulk cycle for 10 more weeks+20, then drop the test down to 750 replace the eq with winny and run that for another 8 weeks. I will slowly drop the portions back to the lean bulk and hopefully get ripped. That is a good diet for NOT loosing mass while burning fat.
