5 whole omega eggs
1.5 cups egg whites
1 pre cooked chicken breast (shredded into bite sized chunks)
1 small onion (diced)
1/2 green pepper diced

heat a pan with mac nut oil or evoo fry the peppers a few minutes then add the onion and pre cooked cold chicken and cook another minute or 2 then add the eggs and scramble until the eggs are done.

top with hot pepper sauce.

sounds odd but tastes really good, especially if your tired of eggs.

I've started playing with my eggs in the morning, onion is a solid addition, same with capsicum. trying a variety of different cheeses aswell - so far jarlsberg and cottage are my two favourites.

The only veggies u can have on Dave's keto is lettuce asparagus and green beans. Green peppers are definately a no go. Lots of sugars.

1/2 green pepper is not going to kill you, especially with the fat from the eggs. If I were dieting, I'd only use enough of the onion for flavor, like 1/4 of it. That meal definitely isn't a no-go.

Also, the diet that Dave has posted in his Q&A is a sample diet. That is just a basic diet that someone who doesn't want to pay for his services. I'm sure that he tailors diets to the individual once he begins working with them and learns them after a while.

Breakfast diet told by you is really good.Main concentration must be on Protein.
