Just looking for advice on what I need to work on. Im doing my first show this summer and at the moment I'm about 30 weeks out. The show is the NPC Southern States. I will be competing in the Teen Division. Great thing about this show is if you win the overall they reimburse you for travel to the nationals. Right now I'm about 200 lbs. What is your guys' opinion on what I can work on before the show and should I try to go the teen nationals? Obviously if I don't win the Southern States I won't go but if I do I still have to make that decision.Your help appreciated.

Just thought I add Im 18 years old and 5'6 on a good day.

Good start. Hard to tell w bf. But id say work on arms and shoulders. And pose pose pose!

Chest thickness is a must for you. It will help hide your gyno.

thanks yeah chest and arms have always been weak points what do you suggest i do to bring them up?

fst 7 is a great method..use it for weak body parts only so you dont over train.
