Magnesium and Zinc is a good place to start. I also like DAA [d-aspartic acid].

Ergo-log has a lot of valuable information :

Magnesium will also help him fall asleep. I learned not to take it during the day the hard way.

Are you sure his symptoms are low test? They are vague and could be from many things.

Tammy, can you give us a little more to work on.

Age
Weight
Height
How long training gym or otherwise
Last physical date
if due for a physical have Test, Est, and Thyroid panel done
Happy at work, other stresses?

His condition sounds like the average 45 year old American male. There are answers and we will try to help getting your stud up and chasing you around the gym and bedroom.

Blood work will tell the tale. Make sure he sees a "GOOD" Endo Doc. Good luck with that!

This is a very common problem with guys over 45ish? Not a problem correcting, let us know when you get results back. Steve is very good at natural remedies. I have followed his advice on some bp issues and it worked.

At 61, He is almost certainly experiencing lower test levels, unless his name is Robby Robinson.

If he doesn't drink to excess--smoke--isn't overweight and works out regularly he should not be experiencing these symptoms

I would have a complete physical with CMP and CBC done to rule out underlying problems

you should definitely look into AAEFX's TEST CHARGE. i've been using it for a few months now and i absolutely love this product. energy, focus, strength, libido, it all comes with this product. and at times i only use one of the two doses that are recommended. it doesnt taste very good but then again, if it works us bodybuilders will drink anything right? so give it a try and i'm sure you and your hubby wont regret it.

all tests were good and normal range, but sugar was 187. test was 387.

Tammy...the range on my lab test was 350-850. So 387 would be low but not clincal andropause. My Doc would still prescribe HRT at that level. What was hubby's Estroidol level? Lowering Est, if high, will raise Test. Libido can be a seperate issue. Revisit my PM.
