I trained there with my wife for a week during a photoshoot she had (2 yrs ago). It was a decent facility but I dont consider it hardcore.

Again there isnt much in that area but its not bad at all.

I've never been there but i'm sure it's better than the YMCA i workout at..
but it's the only gym close to me. YMCA is not hardcore....
