hey guys. decided i should start a journal for the sake of keeping track of my progress & get helpful feedback. ive been lifting for a few years with no clear goal. my goal now? be stronger & compete in local powerlifting & strongman in the next few years

age:16 (almost 17)
weight:165
height:6 ft
deadlift: 315x1 (i got 315x3 once)

squat: 240x1 (weak! my biggest problem)

bench: 185x1 (not a good bencher, never liked it)

clean & jerk: 145x1 (im only limited by my pressing strength)

i'm starting with 5/3/1 because i did research & i like the idea & the structuring

hey guys. well my success is gonna be delayed after sustaining a nasty hand injury. gotta wait for that to heal so im gonna house sit for a few days to relax & eat & comeback stronger
