Peanut Butter Balls
High protein peanut butter balls make a great dessert, or you can eat them as a snack. You’ll need:
Three or four crushed graham cracker squares
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered milk
3 tbsp water
Mix the dry ingredients together, then add the peanut butter. Stir in the chocolate chips, and then the water. Use your hands to shape the mixture into balls of whatever size you prefer. refrigerate :yep:
