Im sure most of you love chinese....and sweet n sour is probably one of the most popular dishes. I have been making this lately in large amounts and it is sooooo good and fairly healthy!
5lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 box of brown rice
3 packs of sweet n sour seasoning (powder)
1 large white onion
1 large green pepper
2 cans of sliced pineapple
soy sauce, salt n pepper for flavor
I put some extra virgin olive oil in a very large frying pan, throw in the diced chicken the onions and peppers. I add some salt pepper and garlic salt. Once the chicken is almost done i add in the sweet n sour seasoning. Let simmer...once done cooking i add in the pineapple. Mix together with the rice and yummmm good shit!
