if your rich buy pharma grade ig your poor buy generic , once you start gh you never stop it work in long term, like years long term and high dosage

at 4iu/ed, u should see more than just cosmetic effects. You might get a little muscle and shed some bf with that dose. That isn't necessarily that low of a dose, especially if u run it for a long time...
