Cooking the protein powder makes it's BA 0, so it's useless. I would recommend you to find some cooking protein powder.

JPS, where did you find this information from?

I think when you cook with protein powder, it has to reach a really high temperature for it to denature. this maybe so, but i have not found any change to the texture and I dont cook my waffles too long.

PAVLENKO - Here is the info about protein denature.

100% False.... Protein is denatured as it breaks down in your body anyways. It doesnt reduce the BA of it at all. just denatures the protein via cooking. its still fine, and still digested.

If that were true, then it would also happen to any other protein source: eggs, milk, chicken breast, etc.
