Serves 2 good sized waffles or a few small ones depends on your waffle machine
Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/4 c. oat flour or almond meal (nutritional value ?)
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder or flavor of choice
(assumes roughly 4g carbs, 45 g protein, 2 g fat)
1 tbsp. applesauce
1 packet artificial sweetener
dash of cinnamon
Directions
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon batter into a pre-heated waffle
iron (Add some nonstick cooking spray). Cook until golden brown
and serve with sugar-free syrup or unsweetened sliced strawberries. yumm!

Carb - Protein - Fat % Ratio: 16% - 70% - 14%
Cooking the protein powder makes it's BA 0, so it's useless. I would recommend you to find some cooking protein powder.

I think when you cook with protein powder, it has to reach a really high temperature for it to denature. this maybe so, but i have not found any change to the texture and I dont cook my waffles too long.

Cooking the protein powder makes it's BA 0, so it's useless. I would recommend you to find some cooking protein powder.
100% False.... Protein is denatured as it breaks down in your body anyways. It doesnt reduce the BA of it at all. just denatures the protein via cooking. its still fine, and still digested.

If that were true, then it would also happen to any other protein source: eggs, milk, chicken breast, etc.
